WEEK 2

Still going strong. Proud of myself for getting to the gym so much! Still been a struggle to get a lot of running done, but ran 2 miles yesterday and am going to start doing intervals every other day to try and get my endurance up. But, so glad that I am doing this...already starting to feel great now that I am working out everyday again!

And to all my girls that are training too....Great Job and keep going! Before you know it we will LOVE running! lol...:)

Week one

Day 4- It has def. been a long time since I have been in a real good shape and did any running at all. I am excited to get back into running and working out, but it is not gonna be as easy as I hoped! Taking it pretty easy for the first couple of weeks so I don't get real sore and overdo myself. Today I struggled to run a 10 minute mile! PATHETIC! lol. Little by little I will get to that 26.2 miles!!!
