Day 4- It has def. been a long time since I have been in a real good shape and did any running at all. I am excited to get back into running and working out, but it is not gonna be as easy as I hoped! Taking it pretty easy for the first couple of weeks so I don't get real sore and overdo myself. Today I struggled to run a
10 minute mile! PATHETIC! lol. Little by little I will get to that 26.2 miles!!!
V! I'm so happy that you're doing this!! You are def going to be a motivator for me to push myself and to test my limits... you are going to do great and will whiz right by me =) love you!
