WEEK 2

Still going strong. Proud of myself for getting to the gym so much! Still been a struggle to get a lot of running done, but ran 2 miles yesterday and am going to start doing intervals every other day to try and get my endurance up. But, so glad that I am doing this...already starting to feel great now that I am working out everyday again!

And to all my girls that are training too....Great Job and keep going! Before you know it we will LOVE running! lol...:)

  1. Yesss! I'm doing interval training too. I just talked to Kendall Mulkins (who btw is a freakin machine... he can prly run for 24 hours straight, no joke!) and he said that when he first started running that is what he did and it really worked... so I'm going to do intereval training for at least the next month. Good luck girl!!
